Farm to Fork is a locally sourced dining event held in Creston, Iowa. Chef Aaron Holt joins us annually to create a culinary masterpiece featuring local producers throughout an evening of celebration and fun.

About Chef Aaron Holt

Aaron Holt was born and raised in Iowa. Growing up cooking with the best cook he knows, his mother, he was taught to use local and seasonal ingredients. His love and passion for food has led him to his culinary career, including executive chef of RoCA where he earned the Iowa Restaurant Association’s 2018 Executive Chef of the Year award. Currently, he is a culinary consultant for Sysco Iowa and the owner of Doolittle Farm LLC, a 53-acre property that includes organic fruits, vegetables, edible flowers,and micro-greens.
